Madagascar – The Musical: Christchurch CANCELLED

Due to restrictions imposed under the Red setting of the Covid 19 Protection Framework, the promoter of Madagascar the Musical is forced to cancel all remaining performances at the Isaac Theatre Royal in Christchurch.
Promoter GMG Productions chief operating officer Paul Mansfield says: “We are all devasted that it has come to this, having already rescheduled twice but we have to abide by the government guidelines. We are sad for the cast and crew and we are sad for you, Canterbury, who didn’t get to see this amazing production featuring an incredible New Zealand cast. We look forward to seeing you all in better times.”
The Isaac Theatre Royal shares in GMG Productions’ disappointment. We thank the cast and crew and our community for their consistent perseverance and never giving up on the delivery of this world-class production.
